RETURNS & SHIPPING

RETURNS: Store credit only on returns.
EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges.
LOST MAIL: Please note we are not responsible for lost mail. Contact the shipping vendor (USPS) directly.
- Store credit will be issued when item is received back.
- Return shipping is buyer responsibility
- Returns that do not have original tags attached, smell like perfume or show signs of wear, are not eligible for returns.
- Final Sale, Special Sales,and items discounted 25% or more, are not eligible for return. (Includes all items listed under the final sale tab)
- Gift cards are not eligible for return
- Jewelry, bags & totes , Body & Home items are considered final sale and not eligible for return

SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated through Shopify and are not controlled by us. Rates vary by weight, distance, etc. We do our best to offer the cheapest shipping rates available. we are not responsible for lost packages.
DISCOUNT CODES
Only one discount code can be used at a time. Codes can not be combined.
RETURNS
Your return must be initiated within 7 days of receipt and received back within 14 days. Which means you have 7 days to email, then place in the mail and received back to us within 14 days after receiving your item. Return cost is customers responsibility unless item is damaged. We take pride in offering you quality items and inspect items thoroughly when we receive them and again at time of shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. If item is damaged (all items are inspected before shipping for holes, damage, etc) please indicate damage and what type and include a photo in your return request. Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria or smell like heavy perfume.
To start your return, email withlovefromronda@gmail.com and we'll reply within 48 hours with the return details.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically be emailed a store credit gift card. Please allow 48-72 hours once your return is received.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges since product sells quickly and some can not be restocked. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to re-purchase the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees on all repurchases.
DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchasers responsibility to communicate and work with the shipping carrier. Tracking notifications are sent with confirmation emails.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items are inspected at shipping. We do our very best to make sure we are shipping you quality items.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost packages. It is the customers responsibility to correspond with the carrier.
RETURNED PACKAGES/Non-Deliverable packages
If a package is returned for faulty/ non-deliverable address, it is buyers responsibility for all additional shipping fees. to re-ship package.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you'd like to cancel your order, we can do so as long as the order has not been packaged or shipped. Please email us at withlovefromronda@gmail.com to cancel your order.
TIKTOK ORDERS/RETURNS
All items purchased through TIKTOK SHOP must be returned through TIKTOK directly. Tiktok Auction items are final sale.
